12 × 8 sample strips 형식으로 배양세포(및 Saliva, nasal fluids, environmental water samples 포함)에서 RNA

를 추출하고, 용출도 용이한 여과지가 있는 제품입니다.  이 여과지에는 특수한 용해버퍼를 들어있어 시료를 apply

하는 것 만으로 RNA를 추출 할 수 있습니다. 유기용매를 사용하지 않고 원심분리 작업도 필요하지 않습니다. 용출

후 RNA 시료는 그대로 RT-PCR에 사용 할 수 있으며, genome DNA와 PCR 저해물질 등은 여과지의 그물망 구조에

의해 걸러집니다.

 

 

      

 

 

RNASound^TMRNA Extraction Strip card enables high throughput and quick cell culture RNA extraction for

gene transfection and expression screening. The card holds eight 5mm filter paper discs that were treated

with proprietary lysis buffer, cells are lysed upon applied on the card, RNA are released during the card

drying. Discs are easily pushed out and relocated to 96 well plate wells with sterile pipettetips; RNA are then

easily recovered with a brief elution, most of the gDNA and PCR inhibitors are trapped on filter paper discs.

The RNA elution are readily compatible for direct lysate RT-PCR with no inhibition. The card demonstrates

the equal sensitivity as traditional organic solvents based methods yet is super easy and quick and

environmental friendly, generating much less plastic waste and absolutely no chemical waste. It is cheaper

too.
