RNASound™ RNA Extracting Strip Plate

특수한 용해 버퍼가 들어 있는 필터가 plate의 well 바닥에 있어, 시료에서의 RNA를 쉽고, 간단하면서도 경제적으로 추출 할 수 있습니다. 또한 친환경적으로 화학물 쓰레기가 없습니다.
RNASound™ RNA Extracting Strip Plates feature filter paper pad in each well, the filter paper pads were impregnated
with proprietary lysis buffer for:
• Release of RNA from cells and deactivation of RNase
• Easy recovery of RNA by pipetting or shaking
• Extremely low co-extracted genomic DNA
• RNA in elute are readily compatible with direct RT-PCR
Compared with traditional RNA extraction methods
Figure. RNA from 50uL of 800/uL HeLa cells were extracted using RNASound™ RNA Extracting Strip Plate or a
commercially available glass fiber column RNA kit, or Trizol reagent. Each was eluted or resuspended with 50uL water.
