Human iPSc & iPSc derivatives II
Celther Induced Hepatocytes (CLTH / Induced Hepatocytes)
Celther Polska offers human induced hepatocyte-like cells derived from IPS cells based on our protocols.
Immunofluorescence studies and qPCR confirm expression of characteristic hepatic markers such as
albumin. Our product can be a useful tool for drug metabolism, toxicology tests and other applications.

Celther iPC
Celther Polska offers insulin producing cells (IPC) delivered from human iPS cells (Induced pluripotent stem
cells) based on our protocols. IPC are similar to human pancreatic beta cells confirmed by qPCR (high
expression specific genes related to pancreatic B-cell development and function, such as Pdx1, Ngn3, MafA
and insulin), immunofluorescence and secrete insulin in response to raised glucose concentrations. Our
product can be useful tool into beta cells development and functions researches.

Celther iPS cells with mutation in WFS1 gene (CLTH/DIDMOAD - iPSc)
Wolfram syndrome, also called DIDMOAD (Diabetes Insipidus, Diabetes Mellitus, Optic Atrophy, and
Deafness), is a rare genetic disorder, causing diabetes mellitus, optic atrophy, and deafness as well as
various other possible disorders. Wolfram syndrome is caused by mutations in the WFS1 gene.

Celther Fibroblasts (CLTH / Fibroblasts)
- Celther Human Dermal Foreskin Fibroblasts
Celther Human Dermal Foreskin Fibroblasts are guaranteed through 25 population doublings and HIV-1,
hepatitis B and hepatitis C mycoplasma, were not detected in donors. Presence of mycoplasma, other
bacteria, yeast fungis was excluded during cell culture laboratory tests.
