Mut Express MultiS Fast Mutagenesis Kit V2

The Mut Express MultiS Fast Mutagenesis Kit V2 is designed for rapid mutagenesis up to 5 seperate sites

based on ClonExpress rapid cloning technology. The PCR amplified target fragments are treated with DpnI to

remove the template DNA, and then cyclized and transformed into E. coli to complete the site-directed

mutagenesis.

The kit is consisted of two modules: the Phanta Max Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase amplification module

and the ClonExpress rapid cloning module. The ultra-fidelity of Phanta Max DNA polymerase significantly

reduces random mutations during amplification of up to 20 kb in length. The ClonExpress rapid cloning

module allows homologous recombination reactions to replace the conventional annealing ring-forming

reactions, requiring much less template and more flexible primer design strategy. Benefited from the efficient

seamless "ligation" of the PCR products by ClonExpress technology, the kit can generate up to five separate

site mutations in a single mutagenesis reaction. Highly optimized reaction buffer, time-saving operating

The Mut Express II Fast Mutagenesis Kit V2 is designed for rapid site-directed mutagenesis based on
