Zyagen kits were designed to be used with either human, rabbit, mouse, rat, sheep, goat, or chicken primary antibody using 3 different immunostaining detection methods, immuoperoxidase, alkaline phosphatase, and immunofluorescence.
Peroxidase IHC Kits
Zyagen offers highly optimized peroxidase immunohistochemistry kits to detect cell surface and intracellular antigens in frozen or paraffin-embedded tissue sections mounted on slides, floating sections in culture plates, and immobilized cells with high sensitivity and low background. Chromogen DAB (3, 3’-diaminobenzidine) is used as a substrate of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) for visualization of antigenic structures in the tissues. Each kit contains all reagents required for immunostaining of 500 slides.
