SDS 및 Triton 등의 non-ionic detergent를 제거하는 시약입니다. SDS 용 및 non-ionic detergent의 2 종류 제품이 있습니다. 시약을 추가하여 간단한 작업 만에서 정제가 완료됩니다. 또한 시료에 맞게 시약의 양을 조절 할 수 있기 때문에 경제적입니다. Detergent의 99 % 이상을 제거 할 수 있습니다. 특이성이 높고, 대부분의 단백질과 반응하지 않습니다

Detergents can often interfere with protein analysis. SurfactAway™ offers a simple and fast method to remove non-ionic detergents such as Triton. Recovery of protein is quantitative. SurfactAway™ Triton
is especially designed for Triton removal and is a solid-phase suspension reagent. Both are applied in a simple protocol, just add, centrifuge and recover the protein solution.

required. Surfactaway™ Non-ionic, is a solid-phase suspension reagent, just add and centrifuge.
