Rat / Rabbit Eye Tissue Region Blot, Single Species

Rat 및 Rabbit의 조직에서 추출된 총 단백질을 미리 blot한 premade type의 membrane입니다. 총 단백질은

protease에 의한 단백질 분해를 최소화하기 위해 다양한 protease 억제제를 포함하는 변성 버퍼를 이용, 추출하여

4 ~ 20 % 변성 polyacrylamide gel로 전기영동 후, membrane에 blotting 한 것입니다. 각 lane에는 75μg의 단백질

이 로드되어 있어, 그대로 Westerblot 분석에 사용 할 수 있기 때문에 연구시간을 절약하는데 매우 효과적입니다.

The brain tissue specific regions are prepared by carefully dissecting out anatomically and functionally

distinct regions of adult rat / rabbit eyes.

The premade blots are prepared with the appropriate GenLysate and 50μg protein is loaded onto a 4-20%

denaturing polyacrylamide gel, along with a prestained molecular weight marker.  After the proteins are

resolved they are transferred to a PVDF membrane, using Efficient Western Transfer Buffer.

The blots are ready to be blocked and probed with the antibodies of choice.
