 Minute™ HRP Substrate Kit 

Minute™ HRP substrate kit provides high intensity signal and low background detection of low abundance

endogenous proteins. This highly sensitive ECL substrate is available in a two bottle format for Western

blotting with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) enzyme conjugates. This high performance substrate will pick up

your most difficult to detect proteins in Western Blots. The ECL substrate is compatible with

differentmembranes, blocking reagents and a wide range of antibody dilutions. Minute™HPR substrate kit

 Minute™ Ab Enhancer 

Minute™ ab Enhancer is able to significantly increase the sensitivity of commonly used immunoassays 

such as Western blotting, ELISA and immunohistochemistry. The enhancer can reduce the amount of

primary and secondary antibodies used due to higher antibody dilution employed, a significant saving of

expensive antibodies. The signal intensity can be increased several fold in immunostaining applications with

chromogenicor fluorescent substrates.

 Minute™ WB Stripping Solution 

Minute™ WB Stripping Solution is designed to rapidly strip antibodies bound to antigens on Western blotting 

membranes using chemiluminescent substrate. One of the major advantages of chemiluminescent detection

is high sensitivity and the ability to strip reagents from a blot and re-probe the same blot. Re-probing Western

blots are very useful for optimizing the blotting conditions such as testing different antibodydilution and

membrane blocking conditions. The key to this process is to useconditions that cause the release of

antibody from the antigen without causing a significant amount of antigen to be released from the membrane.

During the stripping procedure, small amount of antigen is inevitably lost from the membrane. It is important

to minimize this loss by stripping the antibody under gentle conditions. Minute WB stripping solution is able

to achieve maximum removal of antibodies from a membrane and preserving the integrity of the antigen in

10-15 min without using harsh conditions suchas boiling and treated with strong reducing agents. A blot can

be stripped and re-probed multiple times to visualize multiple proteins or to optimize experimental conditions

without the need for running multiple gels.
