BDP FL dye is a bright and photostable fluorophore compatible with all types of fluorescence measuring instruments for FAM (fluorescein), Alexa Fluor 488, BODIPY FL. This dye is an excellent choice for microscopy and is also useful for fluorescence polarization assays.
BDP FL azide is a BDP FL derivative containing an azide group, which enables Click Chemistry. It is a green- emitting dye compatible with FAM fluorescence measuring instruments.
BDP FL DBCO is a BDP FL derivative containg a DBCO group, which will enable strain promoted alkyne azide cycloaddition (spAAC) without the copper catalyst. This reagent can be an ideal alternative for copper intolerant situations.
BDP FL maleimide is a BDP FL dye derivative containing a maleimide group, which selectively reacts with free thiol, sulfhydryl, or mercapto group via Michael addition to form a stable carbon sulfur bond. This reagent is a bright and photostable thiol-reactive dye and can thus be used for protein labeling.
