This cold kit formulation is optimized for the preparation of the small peptide radiopharmaceutical, 99mTc-
duramycin. The active ingredient in the kit is HYNIC-duramycin in which the HYNIC chelator is attached to
amino groups of duramycin. The conjugate contains 1 HYNIC molecule per duramycin molecule.

Molday ION DOTA™ is a USPIO providing a strong T2 MRI image. This colloid can also couple either Cu-64
for PET imaging or Tc-99m for SPECT imaging applications.
Molday ION DOTA™ is a 35 nm USPIO having a DOTA chelate to couple either Tc-99m or Cu-64. 0.5 ml at a
concentration of 2 mg Fe/ml having a zeta potential of ~ +21mV, packaged in a 2 ml sealed serum bottle.
Used to chelate Tc-99m or Cu-64 and then label cells, providing dual MRI and nuclear contrast, magnetic
targeting, capture and retention.
