Pronanosome은 ready-to-use의 liposome, niosome 및 thermosensitive nanovesicles 준비를 위한 제품입니다.

1 회분 시약이 들어있는 유리병에 목적물질을 첨가하는 등 간단한 조작으로 목적물질을 내포한 liposome 및

niosome 등을 만들 수가 있습니다.

Pronanosomes are ready- to-use formulations to obtain encapsulating nanovesicles in a fast and easy way.

Nanovesicles formed from Pronanosomes are able to encapsulate a wide variety of compounds as

hydrophlic or lipophilic molecules, peptides, enzymes and proteins, among others. In addition, nanovesicles

have a great stability,  an easily controllable size and great entrapment efficiencies. A complete protocol of

Pronanosome Thermo

 

 

 

Pronanosome Thermois a ready-to-use formulation specially designed to obtain thermosensitive

nanovesicles, which are able to release their content above  40-42 ℃ or pH values lower than 5.5.

Pronanosome Thermo can be used in several applications when a controlled delivery of the encapsulated

compound with temperature is needed. The main application of Pronanome Thermo is drug delivery,

although the product has other applicatios such as,

Studying of inmune response, dermal or transdermal delivery, cosmetics, functional foods, smart labelling &

nutraceuticals, etc.

 

Liposome characteristics depending on the preparation method from Pronanosome Thermo. In order to

obtain the best results, a sonication of the sample (using a probe or a bath) is recommended to achieve

small unilamellar nanovesicles.

Standard Pronanosome

Standard Pronanosomes are formulations to obtain, in a fast and easy way, nanovesicles able to

encapsulate a wide variety of compounds. In addition, standard Pronanosomes can be used in different

applications such as drug delivery, foods and cosmetics.

 

Intracellular/in vitro(cationic) Pronanosomes

Intracellular/in vitro Pronanosomes are formulations to obtain, in a fast and easy way, nanovesicles

positively charged which are endocyted by cells to achieve intracellular delivery. This Pronanosomes can be

ordered with other characteristics such as PEGylated (for Intracellular in vivo assays), fluorescent or

bioconjugable.

 

Bioconjugable pronanosomes (Bioconjugable-COOH & Bioconjugable-Maleimide)

Bioconjugable nanovesicles can be conjugated with several biocompounds such as proteins, enzymes and

antibodies among others. Pronanosome bioconjugable series have several applications, among which the

following are of note,

• Active targeting of drug (drug/protein/peptide, etc.) loaded liposome

• Inmunochemical

• Diagnostics

 

Fluorescent Pronanosomes (Pronasome - GF)

Fluorescent nanovesicles are very useful to in vivo/in vitro/in situ/ex vivo nanovesicle detection.

Pronanosome green fluorescence series allow to obtain fluorescently labelled nanovesicles (Green

fluorescence) in a fast and easy way.

 

In vivo Pronanosomes (Pronanosome PEGylated/Stealth)

Nanovesicles containing PEG on the surface has been shown to extend blood-circulation time while

reducing mononuclear phagocyte system uptake (stealh nanovesicles). PEGylated nanovesicles have high

stability due the sterical repulsion.  The presence of PEG on the surface of the nanovesicles has been

shown to extend blood-circulation time while reducing mononuclear phagocyte system uptake (stealth

nanovesicles). This technology has resulted in a large number of nanovesicle formulations encapsulating

active molecules, with high target efficiency and activity. Speciallysuited to “in vivo” assays.
