Fluorescent SRfluor® Dyes_updated,  680 Phenyl dye

원적외선 영역의 스펙트럼이 있는 형광 색소입니다

 

 

SRfluor는 Molecular Targeting Technologies 사가 독자적으로 개발한 Squaraine Rotaxanes 계의 적색 형광 색소

입니다. Rotaxanes은 축 모양의 기본 골격에 큰 환상 구조의 분자가 관통한 분자 집합체이며, SRfluor는 이 구조에

의해 형광의 안정화가 도모되고, 퇴색하기 않는 성질을 가지고 있습니다.

Cy 염료와 Alexa Fluor (R) 색소보다 형광 강도가 높고, 안정성이 뛰어납니다. 원적외선 영역에 sharp한 스펙트럼을

가지고 있어 in vivo imaging에도 유용합니다.

 

 

Advantages of SRfluor® Dyes :

• Improved chemical and photochemical stability compared with squaraines, cyanines, Alexa® and Atto dyes

• Exhibit sharp absorption and emission bands thus provide reduced excitation and emission cross talk into

  channels where other fluorochromes are being used.

• Do not exhibit aggregation induced spectral broadening under biological conditions at micromolar

  concentrations.

• 5-20X brighter compared with cyanines, Alexa® and Atto dyes.

• Photophysical properties stable over the pH range from 2-12.

• Spectral properties compatible with the 633nm or 647nm laser lines on flow cytometers, confocal and in vivo

  imaging equipment.
